In the US, sewer pipes are around two feet wide. Sewer workers spray one end of a fatberg with high-powered water jets and suck it up with a big vacuum. England is a different story; some of the sewers in England are big enough for a grown-up to stand up in. That's where we start getting these big, massive, blue whale-sized fatbergs.
