AHA Statement on Renal Vascular Disease and Hypertension

I just this is a condition where I feel like when we see resistant hypertension as you mentioned that's pretty common so we see that all the time and everyone's like oh yeah we're gonna get the renal artery ultrasound. So can you just comment on like sort of the work up like identifying people that have like it that have it from either atherosclerosis or FMD like I imagine they're not gonna jump right to angiography. Yeah so the my initial approach is I don't do a work up for it even if I kind of suspect that I've got if I suspect that they have read a vascular hypertension I will try to treat them medically with an asir and are maximized
