i was very science oriented, and if there wasn't hard evidence in a scientific, purreviewed paper, then it wasn't true. And now i have no idea what's true any more, which is the best place to be. I tell people to take the 28 day challenge of doing my work, and i say, note how you feel to day. Once we live a lived experience of something, it's very hard to unlive that. That makes sense to me.
