The Cycle of Slow Strikes
The cycle of slow striking throughout history is constantly rotating. Manage imposes conditions workers don't like, or speeds up the pace of production to make more money for the company. Workers react, they slow down or they strike. And then managers catch on and try to make it more difficult for workers to have power. Slowdown strike is a more spontaneous alternative to a formal strike which often requires a lot of labor in planning.
