"There's so many ways to go through a separation or a divorce, and none of them are the right way or the wrong way," she says. "I actually hadn't really come across this idea of bird nesting - it er is one of the story lines on the show." The couple rent a smaller flat, and they take it in turns to stay in the family home. 'Bird sting' is apparently becoming much more common with parents coming and going as often as once every two weeks.
