The Pros and Cons of the UFC's Strike Force Zufa Purchase

If the UFC or WME tried to purchase Bellator i think that they would be inviting regulatory scrutiny that they don't want. The FTC is hard-nosed about market consolidation breaking it up stopping it when when doable. I was watching part one of ufc journey on youtube and one thing stuck out to me  was a guy like porria who is very talented but also understands how to build star power and celebrity.
