I think there's massive status qrobius in most parts of our world, even at the individual level. So many towns f people work on the wrong idea, wrong market, or a with the wrong co founder. And because there isn't a super ino, transparent inna liquid employment market, they don't know other companies that they could be interested who would also be interested in them. But i think what you can do to help is, when people are young, say in the ten years, to fly them to some area, excellence, region, conference of excellence, assemblage of talent and just let them meet some top people and get a sense of more rall
