Maccartney's Influence on Revolver's Sound
Mccartney was a fan of brenderlee, whom bradley produced. Pet sounds influenced the later part of revolvers recording. Mc cartney lived closer to abbey road than the other three beetles. He could more easily get there early or stay late and tweak his parts. With very rare exceptions, every beetle's record more or less featured all four of the beetles playing instruments. Ellenor rigby features no guitars or drums at all. george's love you two only features himself, plus a little tambourine from ringo. Paul recorded a part for that one, but it doesn't appear on the finished track.
