How to Find the Right Frequency for Endurance Training

There's no magic three week cycle of training that will take you from poor to good. So we want to find that frequency of training that fits into their life without causing breakdowns divorces and bad feelings. Once I've got that is that frequency, and I'm in balance, then I can start tuning in and adding duration. Intensity takes care of itself. Almost always the intensity ends up being too high at first anyway. And now only at the top of that cake.
