The Importance of Time Cutting

In January, Belky hired 20 teammates who were just free kind of on standby. And that's all just money. We're hemorrhaging out of our own pockets to keep those people on our team. Now like today, July 1st, we hit 150,000 MRR. All of those people are seated with clients working on projects. I just realized we shot up podcasts like a week and a half, two weeks ago that we didn't release because it was really dark. Oh, we were questioning everything with the team again. But in the last week or so, we realized, oh, time cutting. That's not the thing. Like it takes like kind of you have to
