How to Hire the Right People

I've employed tens of thousands of people. I've got nearly 500 employees now. So can you afford a second fair? Actually, hiring the wrong people cannot pay for it. You will kiss a few frogs to find your prince. But don't give up because there are good people out there. There's 65 million people that live in the United Kingdom and I don't have 7 billion around the world. Are you telling me that everyone's useless? The answer is no. It could be the seventh person you hire that's the right person but you hire slow and fire fast. If you get the wrong person, they're toxic, they're not right culture, move them on.
