For people it is, they feel like it's an all or none thing. So go into the physical, because I do, I do think sometimes that's the easiest one to give examples of. And my line of work as a as a body worker, I like to recommend stretches. If you remember to do it once in that week, and you only do it one time, it is a win. Heck, if you just think about it, you didn't even do it. But you thought about stretching, that is a wins. It does go a long way. You know, we don't give enough credit to those little changes,. Like you're talking about those little bits.
