Is There a Universal Health Cure?

Every other developed country has universal health here, every one of them. We would have lost big time and 20 with burney's plan, because it would have forced you to use the system. There's a tremendous bias that we all have, which kind of mix sense towards if if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Ka, that's that stuff. Is stuff you would do if you were the president and control.
