In his organizations, I want people to be lifers. It's probably better for the ecosystem if people last two years on average and then jump from one place to another. People tend to find a job that they like and settle in and stay there for,. you know, Scott said he's been at the same place for 12 years. That's, you know, two years. Oh, Chicago for 12 years? Okay. The talent pool is there, but the liquidity in the talent pool is a lot lower.
