The Importance of Character in Leadership

You know, some people are born with better athletic skills than others. But everybody could improve in that athleticism. I feel the same way about leadership. A leader must have values and principles. Values are something a person believes in and will be guided by when times are good or tough. They place the interests of their followers above their own.
