Willa: I'm actually not surprised. We've seen this market reset a couple of years ago. They did strike me as being kind of frothy. So we pulled back on some of our later stage investments to look to accelerate some of the monetization of those investments because it did feel like things have kind of gotten out of hand. It now creates opportunities to invest that maybe didn't exist a few years ago. Willa: Think about place more as you think about your investment strategies and also recognize the policy as becoming much more of a front and center issue.
