Moso: I had always been familiar with the deals from having been on the other side and acquiring these companies to fold into places like valiant. And so as we really looked at the sort of landscape of what did we need to prove platform like this, we thought interlacing deludive and non delutive deals was a really smart way to build the company. A lot of our deals basically manufacturing that comes along for the ride, so that we can control production, control the time and control what goes on to the lines.
