The mind that made me cry the most was after sun. Because everything everywhere did make me cry twice by the time I saw it. The main bulk of the movie is the period piece between... And Paul Mascale is such a wounded animal for the whole film. He's really beating himself up about how he parence his daughter. It's just a very sad thing that he doesn't realise that like he's enough for her. Just for a debut feature is absolutely unfathomable. This is not even worth dwelling on the fact that it's her debut feature. But as a piece of filmmaking, it's extraordinary.
