The Magnetic Power of Walking
For a large proportion of our walk, it wasn't just hot, it was intensely hot. There is something magical about being on that strip of wilderness. It's like you are trapped in a world apart and feels very otherworldly. You're not far from civilization because you never really are in the UK,. But it feels like you step into a different world. And it's so utterly absorbing and beautiful, but also so physically hard.
