malignant hyperthermia is kind of an anesthesia unique disease because there are four known triggering agents. So they have a trigger and then the abnormality that underlies it with the calcium and stuff. The exhaust ATP production goes into anaeroplasm and you get a tremendous, tremendous metabolic acidosis from this. It's probably one of the handful of things that we fear the most. Yeah. But see rarely, yeah. And so I had a one of my neurosanesthetists when I was at Fort Lauderdale call me in the middle of the night like, hey, hey,Hey! You're having hypothermia!"
