Functional Programming and Untyped Languages
Programming is more complex in type systems and untyped languages. The number of ways i can get that wrong increases factorially, right? Ah, as opposed to with types, and like, let's say, getting the type wrong and learning about that at run time,. It probably does increase more than linearly. But in experience, you those bugs surface very quickly.
