How to Make the UK Less Shit

The US has gotten to a point like a level of unionization that decreases every year. China technically is one of the world's largest unions, but they have done literally jack shit since Tiananmen. They cooperate with bosses and this is something you also see in the US. You don't really see this in China because they have one in trade union.
