It's really important to make sure that you understand what the user is saying in their context. If they use different words, they usually mean a different thing because I'm an outsider getting in. This is a tactic I call asking for clarification, even when you don't need it. So if you ask for clarification about something you already understand, chances are you will learn something about how it works within their specific organization. It could be incredibly key for selling something into their organization. You need to understand how the process looks. Every organization is different. Everybody implements agile differently. And so you need to understanding how it works in their specific context.
