Do You Think the US Supreme Court Is Going to Go With This?

There is a case in front of the US Supreme Court as we speak. Catholic social services here in Philadelphia is essentially brought suit against the city of Philadelphia for this very thing. The Supreme Court is actually dealing with this question right now. Any insight or any, I want to make any prediction of where the Supreme Court is going to go with that? It's always risky to predict what it's going to do.
