Inerman fasting is a really amazing tool, but we need to talk about who it works for and who it doesn't work for. If some one is pregnant or breast feeding, or they're highly sensitive to caffine, then waiting until two p m to eat may not be the right option for them. My recommendation to clients is always to maintain a 12 hour fast. But when you have a cup of coffee at noon? You can do that too. Because if someone wakes up and they don't feel hungry - i'm like ok, let's just talk about when you feel good or bad. Let's have some flexibility between thatGood or Bad day.
