Back Pain - Strength Makes Us Resilient

strength makes us resilient. Mobility comes from strength. Immobility comes from weakness. Good full range of motion, appropriate and balanced strength is what prevents pain. In the last 15 to 20 years there have been lots of studies that show strength training can improve your health. It's one of the best forms of exercise for heart health. I had a cordiologist on my podcast who said good strength training is how i recommend all my clients or all my pa resistance straining,. yes? Because at no point in time do you ever want to be able to say 'I don't know why  my back hurts,' right? You're going to hurt yourself if you think about it too much
