I don't, i don't particularly like full body splits. Ther's a reason why they worked in the past. But science shows that there' smarter ways to do them these days. They can be done either one cycle through the week, on a monday ones, a friday split. Or it could be twice in a week, tt, actually training six times with either a day off and between the three days, or at the end of the six days.
