How Did Oxford Look Like?

When you get in to oxford, what are your first prescious of it? How does it compare to washington? I just found it, i suppose, very middle class less. There was that rigid structure, but more just people who had a bit more money. In the labour government did tremendous things, i did then and i still do now. But it was arguing amongst ourselves about how to make that better,. not how we win power once more.
