The Importance of Working Hand in Hand With Customers

There have been so many mistakes. I think maybe very early when we just started to money crawl out. Almost everything that I thought would work in the product didn't work. And the things that I thought wouldn't work did. Every single thing that we build, we build with a customer. We're never going to sit some room, think about the problem and then come talk to you. It's going to be with the real customer that we can point to, a real pain point.
