Ashley Judd: Tony, I always chuckle whenever you say I'm not a biologist for people who are new to thinking about the world in the distinction between traders, economists and analysts. And I think this home builder lesson today is exactly part and parcel of that. Whereas if you would have told me that during the fourth quarter while rates were rising that Atlanta home builder was going to rally 50% in price,. I would have thought that you were crazy. To me that's just a really clear difference of the difference between economics and trading markets where there doesn't have to be a naturally sensible way that drives stocks.
