Is There a Continuous Improvement Culture in Process Management?

The mindset of continuous improvement is key because that's why you're doing BPM in the first place probably, right? Yeah. And I think depending on who the organization is, you're going to be starting off at a different what we call process maturity level. You've got to understand like out of all of these core factors or fundamentals or foundations, what do we have? Do we have can we easily get buy in from senior leadership? Can we foster this continuous improvement culture? It hasn't already been adopted internally and we just need to sort of shape it around process, like process management and process work.
