The Attraction of Real Estate for Small Investors
Real estate is an object of value that has a whole set of businesses surrounding it. In some respects it's really no different than all of the businesses you can imagine surrounding cars and car ownership. I think the real attraction of real estate for smaller investors is not the real estate itself but the fact that you can easily take leverage on real estate.
