Are You Getting Profitable on Your First Sale?

I think profitability and sustainability is much more important for brands. I'm still seeing some companies decks that show, you know, it costs us this much to acquire the customer but we're not profitable until we make the second sale. A good repeat purchase metric is over 30%. So if only 30%, let's say like 50% of your customers are buying your product again. And that means you're only profitable with 50% ofyour sales.
