The Tiktok Ban in Montana Violates First Amendment Rights

States to have the power in their own discretion to ban apps that they regard as dangerous. Do we want political officials deciding which apps and social media platforms you are and are not permitted to use? There is no question that this law implicates first amendment rights core first amendment rights in ways that i think ought to be obvious and self-evident.
