How to Hire a Venture Funder

Leo: The two things that usually most curious about is like why is somebody interested in venture? Why are they excited and passionate about it? And then what are kind of their unique either points of view or ideas where founders have so many investors to pick from? Is there a reason they would pick this person to work with if that offers from five other good investors? Leo: I don't know if there's a question I ask all founders because I do think it varies a lot. But I think origin story is really interesting to me because I think that's where you can suss out why somebody excited about something to build it.
