Google Sues Attorney General for Biometric Data Violations

The lawsuit argues Google violated the Kube act by allegedly collecting biometric data like face geometry and voice prints. According to the press release from Attorney General Paxton's office, "It sounds good until you get down here and you're like, it doesn't sound that good" The Kube act states to file a complaint can result in a civil penalty of up to $25,000.
