If Disagree and Commit Is Being Used to Bring About Action and Closing Debate
I worry about it being used to close down discussion or debating. Ye, maybe just a slight add to that. And id 100 % a cosign with everything you just shared. I think if if disagree and commit is being too glibly applied to in the sake of expediency... The risk that i worry about is that we have a seeds of resentment that can grow. It doesn't matter what methodologies you use in these planning processes. Matters matter less than how you strive to create a cohesion among the team. Even if i disagreed with that in the beginning, that's what disagree and commit me, ye.
