Deric: What would you suggest for a body builder who's like pushing the carbohydrate vector really hard? Do those individuals just eat honey and fruit, or would you advise things like rice and stuff like that? Deric: I wouldn't get all 500 grams of carbohydrates from rice because, i mean, fruit is delicious. But at that level, you're putting so much in your stomach that i don't really understand what these guys are doing.
