Chapter 5 of the Book of Nehemiah
Thrompit believes that the editor of nehemiah's memoir, from which the material of chapter five comes, purposely reordered it. When dealing with scripture, unless we have extremely compelling reasons to do so, will generally need support from versity. In the textual tradition, i believe that we should go with the form of the text that has come down to us.
