Jacob Michangama: Do you have a sense that opposition to freedom of speech in the United States takes sort of a regulatory tack? He says private institutions are doing a lot of speech policing whether it's universities or social media platforms. The so-called Twitter files were instantly sort of being interpreted through partisan lenses, he says.Michangama: It will be very interesting to see how federal courts come down on this question.
