In our first two-end runners world, we had four sections in the shoe bars guide every year of the motion control, stability and neutral. Now you get some stability, but almost all shoes are just neutral. So that's true to this. In a sense, barefoot running is like anything else. It's just a new stress being introduced. There's no guarantee that runners can learn the skill necessary to access the benefits of barefoot running. And so therefore, and given now what I've seen in these systematic reviews, there's no reduction in injury,. Maybe this is why a lot of people try and get worse.
