Disney Needs a Guy to Communicate With Talent and Staff

Eiger always came out as artist friendly first. And that's kind of what Disney needs right now. The thing hanging over Hollywood, this very tight inability to breathe anxiety that is hanging over the industry because people are terrified of the changing economic structure. If you don't have a guy who can communicate with both the board and talent and staff, right, across these different things and ease that anxiety, what you get is a stock squeeze. That just creates bad vibes and bad vibes, creates bad art.
