The feeling of growing with people, as opposed to agreeing with people, is such a better feeling in the long term and the long run. And i just believe, and am experiencing that solid relationships a work in the work place as well. It's not just the people that cheer for you, the laudis, it's also the ones that laugh the loudest with you, at yourselves, at mistake. I mean, mistakes that would mortify the public to know that we've made, and we can laugh with each other about them.
