The Importance of Focusing on Strength Training

I've seen that like across every age group, gender, sports specialization, it works like a truism within climbing and training. I would always tend to argue as long as it's motivating for you. You enjoy the process. It doesn't kill your love for support or for ending on that. Even if you are a climber who hangs just 75%, but you're still getting up a 14 a that 75% is that if you can get yourself to 80%, I will put good money that that extra 5% will give you the next grade, if not to above where you are.
