The US Solicitor General's Role in the Supreme Court
West Virginia's solicitor general says his job was to establish credibility with state Supreme Court that the U.S. SG has with federal and US Supreme Court. "We definitely tried to kind of pattern ourselves on the federal system," he said. The current S J could probably speak better to how that's carried on, but I think we've done that."
