I think it's really interesting to be talking about how there is like it's like gem quoting Brian the new grad can do 85% of the work. What doesn't mean for much more junior people? I personally test junior engineers to understand if they know why they are making certain decisions. And I personally think, let me just say I personally think AI is really good in showing the best practices up front.
