We're Building 600 Prefabricated Houses, You Know?

We're doing a 450 unit o new construction, wealthy family housing, and an arbor. One i'm really excited about is in colorado, outside of a 600 home community on its en, basically 600 prefabricated houses that we'll sell out there for 400 to 600 thousand with a handful higher. For that market, yo, know, ts hod of ale and aspen like that's affordable like that. That's what they need for the people that live there and work there. We've teamed up with someone now, whom we think will be really great. But again, we're, alike, very keen on cost ike.
