Why Do You Like Yoga?
Yoga has the same benefits as any intense exercise does. It releases gabba in the brain, which is like calming narrow chemical. For me, it's a good way to get out of my head for a little while. And when you're trying not to pass out, it turns out you can't really ruminate about your life as much as usual.
