One idea that has made me a better human is when i realized that i could love someone and think about them all the time. And they can't know that unless i show it to them. That really helped make me a better friend and a better person. It didn't require a lot. But just the putting two and two together to say, like, yea, you just carrying in your head is not the same thing as you expressing it in a tangible way that some one else can experience it.
