"I think that one of the rewards of getting older is you've just had so many more experiences," she says. "You can kind of contextualize the experiences you do have and you can be like, I know how to handle this or this is a setback but I'll get to the other side" She's less willing to give other people the benefit of the doubt in terms of assuming their competence or goodwill as she gets older.
